1. Tear Resistance Tester — Ensuring Your Bag Won’t Rip

What it does: Measures the force required to propagate a tear in paper or paperboard. This is critical for shopping bags, bread bags, and cake boxes that carry weight.

4. GC-MS (Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry) — Volatile Organic Compounds & Residual Solvents

What it does: Identifies and quantifies volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and residual solvents from printing inks or adhesives.

Why it matters to you: For food packaging and closed boxes (like cake boxes), any residual solvent odor can transfer to the product. GC-MS ensures your packaging is odorless and safe, meeting the strictest food contact regulations.

Test purpose: The gas chromatography-mass spectrometry instrument is used to detect volatile organic compounds and residual solvents in printing inks or adhesives, ensuring that the packaging has no odor and no risk of chemical migration.

5. Folding Endurance Tester — Simulating Repeated Use

What it does: Repeatedly folds a paper sample at the same point until it breaks. This simulates the opening and closing of a bag, the folding of a box flap, or the creasing of a gift box.

Why it matters to you: A cake box that cracks at the fold line during assembly is useless. Our folding endurance test guarantees that your packaging can be folded, unfolded, and refolded without failure.

6. Chroma Meter — Color Consistency Across Batches

7. Vibration Impact Tester — Simulating Transport Damage

What it does: Subjects filled packages to controlled vibration and mechanical shocks, mimicking truck, ship, or air freight conditions.

Test purpose: The vibration impact test bench simulates the bumps and collisions during transportation. It ensures that the packaging remains intact after long-distance sea transportation, land transportation, and air transportation.

8. High-Low Temperature Tester — Extreme Climate Performance

What it does: Exposes packaging to extreme temperatures (from -30°C to +60°C) and humidity cycles, simulating warehouse, container, or outdoor delivery conditions.
